Probelm in starting SAP after sap restore from MSSQL DB backup

Hello all,

we have a ECC6 EHP5 system (based upon NW 702) on MSSQL 2005 , we did a restore from the database from same same name. source and target system name are same in my case.

Here is the error i see in syslog when i try to start my SAP system from MMC

here is the sequence which is repeating this for 16 time

and at end it close the gateway as below
