From lead management to product shipment, chemical companies need to streamline their internal processes and customer interactions better than ever to drive growth and profitability in today’s fast paced economy. A complete customer view across the organization helps companies become more effective and strengthens relationships with customers through faster and better service.
SAP partner QNovate has been working with a global chemical company and leader in the chemical space to add functionality to ‘SAP Cloud for Sales’ – a new cloud-based CRM sales force solution – to meet specific requirements for the chemical industry.
So what is this new solution about? Before chemical producers can sell new products, they typically provide an evaluation sample to their customers. However, managing this process effectively is clearly a challenge. Often, the process is manual and spreadsheet-based, and sending, monitoring, tracking and proper follow-up to obtain customer evaluation results is not only critical, but requires significant efforts – considering that many companies are managing hundreds of samples per month.
QNovate started a co-innovation project with SAP to provide ‘sample management’ functionality as an add-on to ‘SAP Cloud for Sales’ which itself became a hot topic in the CRM space – easy and intuitive to use, easy deployment, rich functionality and – best of all – with native integration into SAP solutions, resulting in a very low total cost of ownership. If this sounds interesting to you, we would like to get your quick feedback on the planned functionality scope. Please take a few minutes to tell us what’s important to your company with regards to your sample management process but maybe still missing in the planned development scope? Also, any other comments or suggestions are appreciated.
