The order 16492344 which i mentioned is a process order and it is not a production order .I dont have authorization to CO03 .So i have attached the screen shot documents for order from transaction COR3
How are your components being issued? With an exit after TO confirmation? ,i dont have this information
Do you have full stock removal checked on the configuration for the storage type? ,It is not checked
