SAP LVM 2.0 reporting SQL Native Client not installed

I've setup a SAP LVM 2.0 POC environement and a small handful of my systems are reporting the following

SAPHostControl-DB-WARNING: Neither SQL Native client nor SQL Server Native Client is installed

I have verified that the clients were installed.  I thought maybe it was because they had SQL installed manually but now I'm gettting this message on a system that was installed using the SQL4SAP.vbs install script.

I can't seam to find anything in the host logs.  I've used the same host agent install for all the systems impacted.

The systems are all running on Windows 2012 and SQL Server 2012.

I can supress the message but curious on what could be the issue or if anyone else has seen this problem.
