Hi,
Refer to your material master for any changes to order unit with base unit of measure.
Check PO creation date with order unit for material and cross check any order unit changed in your material or order unit is as blank NOW which causing blank with error message while changing PO with delivery completion indicator as for that PO already GR and IR completed.
