Hi Omer,
You nobody can take 5 hours for example and EE have to take 1 full day leave insted of 5 hours or you mean if EE request for 5 hours system must deduct 1 full day(8 hours) from his/her quota?
If you mean second scenario what will happen if EE takes 5 hours leave and s/he work for 3 hours? Should system pay these 3 hours as extra(overtime for example) payment?
