Looks strange that the Scrolling option does not work; I tried in my system and observed this as well!

Anyways, Try selecting/clicking one of the line items (within the individual capacities shown through Work center display) and use the 'Page down' option from the Key board; and check if the remaining line items show up.

Please refer to the screenshots of my tests...

The entry on 'No of individual capacities' made on the Capacity header screen shows up in KAKO; and this can be different from the Actual number of individual capacities entered within the 'Individual capacities screens!

This work center has 17 individual capacities added; but the system/screen shows only 11 items by default; And the scroll down option does not work!

But, when using the 'Page down' option, the system shows the second page (and the remaining/ subsequent items)
