Hiring from E-Recruiting to HCM in an integrated scenario

Hi,

We have HCM and E-Recruitment in the same instance, I understand SAP has provided forms and processes(pre-populate the data in form) to transfer E-Recruiting data to HCM via PI when HCM and E-Recruiting are on different boxes. I want to know how do we pre-populate the form in MSS from the E-Recruiting data and allow HR Administrator to hire an employee via Forms and Processes in the integrated scenario.
