I'd like to recommend you to use the Software Provisioning Manager

(SWPM) for installation which based on 7.3x. The new tool has replaced

the old installation masters, but has the same framework as known from

old SAPInst. But with better bugfixing

   the SAP Installation Master Media as of SAP Netweaver 7.0 SR3 or

Please be aware of the special Kernel and Java Media for SWPM as
